The 2026 RAMMYS Awards & Gala marked a milestone year for one of the Washington region’s most celebrated hospitality traditions. As the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington reimagined the event across two iconic venues—Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater for the awards ceremony and The Anthem for the watch and celebration party—Stratus Firm served as the strategic production partner responsible for bringing the experience to life. From early planning through show day, our team led the production strategy, logistics, venue operations, vendor coordination, show calling, and guest experience across both locations. Executing two live experiences simultaneously required meticulous planning, constant communication, and a production approach designed to keep every moving piece aligned. - Design of food and beverage layouts that optimize guest flow, encourage engagement, and elevate premium experiences, from VIP lounges to interactive tasting stations.
- Comprehensive management of food and beverage logistics, ensuring every culinary touchpoint is thoughtfully planned, seamlessly coordinated, and executed to the highest standard.
Pre-Event Design & Content Creation
- Creative direction and oversight for all event branding, environmental graphics, and visual communications across both print and digital touchpoints.
- Management of the creative development process, coordinating designers, production partners, and stakeholders to ensure every asset reflects the event’s vision and brand standards.

On-Site Technical Production
