Event Challenge: The client's event has been held for the previous 2 years at the Mellon Auditorium so this was a big step up in size and scale but we tried no to increase the expense budget.  The biggest issue came up with the drapes between the columns.  When we priced out doing the rigging from the ceiling and the drapes straight down, the budget was exceeded.  Katie Kirby with Event Revolution worked with us to create a draped look from the balconies that did not exceed the budget but also looked amazing!
