Run of Show and Stage Management

Before your event, Stratus creates a run of show schedule and a timeline for all parts of the program (including speakers, awards, video presentations, and performances), as well as runs the rehearsal with your vendors and program participants. During the event, our team assists with stage management to keep all programs on schedule.

Production Consultation

Our team can make all of the necessary arrangements for your technical production, including sound, lighting, stage management, video, and more. We solicit and manage any production vendors needed for your event, as well as coordinate all technical production installations.

Broadcasting

At Stratus, we can advance all aspects of your VIPs’ experience from start to finish. This includes booking flights, greeting VIPs when they land, organizing ground transportation, booking hotel rooms, personally checking hotel rooms and keys in advance, booking dinners, escorting VIPs throughout their trip, and coordinating security for VIPs.
