Washington Performing Arts Gala 2017

Event Challenge: This gala was honoring the long serving board chair Reginald Van Lee and because of that was very popular. We had to figure out to manage the capacity of the space (600 with a dance floor in the room, 660 without) and still create an elegant and intimate evening. At one point in the planning we were at 700 but luckily there was some attrition and we were able to get creative with the client to manage guest expectation and make it work!
