Event Challenge: Creating three different spaces within one. When a client wants a guest to feel like they are embarking on a journey throughout their event, it’s important to utilize every aspect of a venue. This definitely required creativity for this event as we had to essentially build three different venues within one.  With the creation of the indoor tent and the flipping of the cocktail area to the dessert reception, we were able to give guests three different events within one.  Lighting, furniture replacement, entertainment transformation, and music can allow guests to feel like they are entering new spaces during event even if they have been in that space before.
