Event Challenge: Every aspect of event planning becomes a little tougher when the event is taking place away from your home base. For this event, our team travelled from Washington, D.C. to San Francisco. While we were lucky to be back in a familiar venue, many of our vendors, including décor, AV, and photographers, were new to us. We worked carefully to build relationships of trust with these new vendors, developing creative solutions to solve event related concerns without sacrificing the needs or interests of the client. We walked away from this event with a successful overall outcome as well as some excellent new vendor partners with whom we are excited to work within the future.
