Event Challenge: Multiple simultaneous events at different locations with minimal forms of contact.  Our team planned eight private and public events surrounding the three-day Middleburg Film Festival in an area in Northern Virginia known for winding roads and minimal cell service.  We had to ensure that each event would go off without a hitch from beginning to end with each event lead managing every detail by themselves.  Help was hard to find as we were essentially cut off from each other.  With guest counts from 40 to 500, planning and contingency preparation was key simply because should any problems arise it was every man for himself!
